Shift Leader – The UPS Store (Multiple Long Island Locations)
Location: Long Island, NY
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $18–$22/hour (based on experience) + performance incentives
We are a multi-location operator of The UPS Store with a strong focus on team development, customer experience, and operational excellence . Our stores provide shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services, and we take pride in delivering a high-level experience to every customer.
We are looking for a Shift Leader who can take ownership of daily operations, support team members, and drive results on the floor.
Position OverviewThe Shift Leader is responsible for running the shift , ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is a key leadership position with growth potential into higher management.
