Supporting the Project Coordinator, the part-time Training Assistant will assist in developing, updating, and delivering training programs for abstraction and validation teams while ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and confidentiality requirements. Key responsibilities Review medical records and provide guidance to abstractors and validation specialists based on clinical documentation Assist in developing and updating training materials and monitor participant progress during training sessions Deliver training programs and provide constructive feedback to trainees while maintaining confidentiality of medical records Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical record review 1-3 years of experience supporting training activities Experience interpreting medical terminology and hospital medical records Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
